MUST EATS/DRINK 

  1. As for food, Botin and Chooclateria San Gines are practically institutions
  2. Try out rarer stuff like pig’s ears (a lot of places) and lamb innards (Freiduria de Gallinejas)… Madrid is known for quirky food
  3. Restaurant for the baby pig: Casa Lucio, calle cava baja
  4. Tapas- Casa Gonzales, calle leòn/ La casa del abuelo, calle de la victoria
  5. Churros- chocolateria san gines, pasadizo de san gines
  6. Sangria and tapas at Plaza de Santa Ana
  7. Sangria ! Paella ! Patatas bravas ! Olive ! Shop !!
  8. Cocido, calamari sandwiches
