Samy’s in Singapore

Singapore is known for its chili crab and Fish head curry. Fish head curry is made the Chinese way as well as Indian way due to influence of both major cultures. We went with the Indian way, partly due to missing Indian food and also due it being rated very highly on numerous websites. Starting with being served rice and potatoes on a banana leaf to delicious and spicy fish head curry with papadum trip to Samy’s was well worth it.  We would do it all over again! Samy’s curry is now almost 50 years old, it’s not your usual chicken tikka or chicken vindaloo place. The restaurant has some authentic south Indian flavors to it with the curry being something I have not even had in India. For more information check out
